Alumni of all ages can be influential
in encouraging prospective students to attend Duquesne.
Successful, established alumni demonstrate the enduring
value of a Duquesne education. Younger alumni can relate
their experiences with the vibrant student life on our
Bluff. Together, we can recruit the best and brightest
to follow in our footsteps.
Duquesne Alumni Recruitment Team
(DART) volunteers make a difference by:
- Representing Duquesne and assisting Admissions staff
at local college fairs
- Identifying and referring prospective students
- Attending and/or coordinating events for prospective
students and families in your area
- Communicating with prospects and referring their
questions to campus offices
- Promoting Duquesne academic programs through participation in online communities
- Making "Welcome" phone calls to newly accepted students and their families
- Hosting regional "send-off" receptions for new students and their parents
Members receive appropriate training
